Joel Dorroh is the founder of Dorroh & Mills, P.C., and he practices estate planning and probate law with an emphasis on advising clients who have potentially taxable estates. Joel has more than 20 years experience and also helps clients in matters of business law, including the formation of partnerships, corporations, limited liability companies and corporate taxation issues.
